Reqmts: Cert. of completion from a recognized Building Inspection Technology training institution and 12 mos. related inspection exp. or equiv. amount of train. & exp. nec. to perform duties of position. Min. Certification Req’d. At time of hire, must have active ICC Residential Building & Mechanical Inspector Certifications. Possess valid DL. & be insurable.
